Manage clients, set up architectural design leadership and ensure project delivery in a growth environment.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leadership role in a mid-sized studio/team to deliver client commercial projects across Australia.
• Improve overall design quality of projects to create stylish and functional workspaces.
• Maintain and develop client relationships. Lead client interaction to ensure continued business growth.
• Mentor and develop junior team members. Recruit and manage new staff.
• Liaise with consultants, engineers and project managers. Manage consultant communication and engagement.

Profile snapshot:

• 10+ years of quality architectural experience gained in Australia. Architectural experience for retail, commercial, office, education or healthcare projects will be especially of interest.

• Advanced Revit.
• Leadership experience.
• Willing to travel nationally as required.
• Eligibility to work within Australia.
