We are looking for well-rounded, experienced, and passionate Senior Designer / Project Architect to join an internal architectural design team. This company is a dynamic, family owned and operated business, renowned for their specialist healthcare industry leading projects offering end to end solutions from concept through to construction.
They operate nationally with capability in all capital cities throughout Australia. The Melbourne office, where this role will be based, is close to Southern Cross station.

POSITION SUMMARY
In the role of Senior Designer / Project Architect, you will be responsible for actively participating in and assisting manage the day-to-day project work across all stages.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will be responsible for actively participating in and managing day-to-day project work across all stages.
- You will be assisting in producing design concepts & renders.
- You will be managing and producing documentation throughout the design delivery process.
- You will be involved in managing client and consultant communication and engagement.
- You will have opportunities to work on unique projects from inception to completion.
ABOUT YOU
This role calls for a very capable team player with outstanding technical skills and hands on Revit/BIM skills.
- Architectural qualification, likely to Masters level.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Revit. Recent/current Revit experience.
- Good documentation and management skills.
- Good understanding of NCC & Australian Standards.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure project is aligned to complex project guidelines.
This is a long-term career role with the opportunity to develop your skills and over time take on more responsibility within the business. Negotiable salary package depending on experience, but in the region of $125,000 plus super etc.
